How does Endless acknowledge, cancel, and send tracking for Walmart orders?

Endless acknowledges each Walmart order right after it imports it, before the order is approved, and sends tracking when a fulfillment order becomes Fulfilled.

Acknowledgment covers every line. The order timeline shows “Order … acknowledged with Walmart.” “Failed to acknowledge order … with Walmart:” means Walmart returned an error, which follows the message. Endless retries up to three times. If it still fails, acknowledge the order in Walmart Seller Center.

To cancel a Walmart order, cancel it in Endless and in Seller Center. When Walmart cancels a line, cancel the line or order in Endless yourself. Contact Endless support to discuss syncing Walmart cancellations.

When a fulfillment order becomes Fulfilled, Endless sends each of its shipments once, marking its lines Shipped with their quantities. Each includes the tracking number, ship date, carrier from the integration’s carrier mappings, and a tracking URL when one is available. An unmapped carrier is sent as an other carrier. The ship method comes from the carrier mapping or the order when it is one Walmart accepts, and is Standard otherwise. A shipment without a tracking number is sent as “NOT INFORMED”.

Partial shipments work by fulfillment order. Each fulfillment order sends its shipments when it is Fulfilled, so an order split across fulfillment orders reaches Walmart in parts. Shipments on a fulfillment order that is not yet Fulfilled wait until it is.

“Failed to send shipment for order … to Walmart:” means Walmart rejected the shipment, and Walmart’s reason follows.

“No matching order lines found for fulfillment …” means none of the fulfillment order’s items came from a Walmart order line, for example items added in Endless. Walmart accepts tracking only for its own lines.
