How do products, inventory, and inbound shipments sync between Endless and ShipHero?
“Push Product Data,” in the product list’s bulk actions, sends the selected products to ShipHero by SKU. Endless updates products ShipHero already has and creates the rest. It sends the name, SKU, barcode, dimensions, and customs details, plus the price and customs value for new products. For a bundle, Endless also creates missing components, then replaces the kit’s components in ShipHero using the “Kit type” setting. Endless pushes products when you ask, and when an order needs a SKU ShipHero does not have, so push again after you add or edit products.
You can push up to 250 products at a time. A larger selection is refused with “ShipHero product push is limited to 250 products at a time.” Push in batches. Endless sends products gradually to stay within ShipHero’s limits, so check ShipHero afterward to confirm each product.
A push does not change quantities. A new product is created in each ShipHero warehouse connected to the integration with 0 on hand, and existing quantities are left alone.
Endless pulls inventory from ShipHero every 15 minutes, and “Pull inventory” on the inventory list runs it sooner. It updates only buildings connected to a ShipHero warehouse whose “Inventory managed by” is that ShipHero connection. Default Available gets ShipHero’s available quantity plus what Endless has allocated in that building. Default Unavailable gets ShipHero’s non-sellable quantity.
If a warehouse’s inventory is missing, check that its building is connected with the right ShipHero warehouse and managed by ShipHero, that the ShipHero SKU matches the Endless SKU exactly, and that the product tracks inventory in Endless. For a 3PL login, the “3PL Customer Account ID” must be the right account.
To close a supply shipment that ShipHero received, receive it in Endless yourself. Stock received in ShipHero reaches Endless through the next inventory pull. Contact Endless support to discuss syncing ShipHero receipts.
