Why might an order arrive in Extensiv with the wrong details, or show the wrong shipped status in Endless?
Endless sets a fulfillment order’s shipped status from what Extensiv reports on its order.
Endless checks Extensiv every 15 minutes for orders Extensiv processed since the start of the previous day. For an order processed earlier, or tracking added later, select “Get Shipment” on the fulfillment order.
When Extensiv cancels an order, Endless marks the fulfillment order Failed with “Order canceled in Extensiv.” It does not record a shipment, so no shipped email goes out.
Endless records the quantities in Extensiv’s packages. If Extensiv closes an order without package contents, Endless records the quantities on Extensiv’s order lines, so the fulfillment order can show Fulfilled when less shipped. Correct the shipment in Endless if needed. “Extensiv reported no shipped quantities” means Extensiv sent neither, so Endless kept the tracking without units. “Extensiv reported SKUs that are not on fulfillment” means Extensiv’s order has a SKU the fulfillment order does not, and those units are not recorded.
When one SKU is on two lines and only part of it shipped, record that shipment by hand.
Before creating an order, Endless looks in Extensiv for one with the same reference number, the fulfillment order number. If one exists, Endless links to it and logs “already exists in Extensiv.” Before you send a pulled-back fulfillment order again, contact Endless support for help.
“Failed to create order in Extensiv” gives Extensiv’s reason, such as an unmapped carrier service or an incomplete address. Endless sends 000-000-0000 when the order has no phone number.
Endless sends an order as billed to a third party when the order is set for third-party billing and has a Third Party Billing Account. Otherwise it sends the order as prepaid. To send an order as prepaid, clear its Third Party Billing Account before the fulfillment order is sent.
