mediaListingSlotsSet
Replaces a listing's whole channel slot arrangement in one write.
Send the complete arrangement you want, not a change to it: any image on the listing that is
not in placements is taken off. Because the arrangement is applied together, two images can
swap slots, which setting them one at a time cannot do.
Business Rules: the listing and every image must belong to the acting company; images must
be active originals; positions must fall within the channel's slot count; no slot may hold
two images and no image may fill two slots on the same listing.
Error Scenarios: an unknown listing, a foreign listing or image, an archived image or variant,
a duplicate slot, or a position past the channel's slot count is rejected. Concurrent writes
that load the same listing version return a conflict; reload the listing before trying again.
