How do shipments, inventory, and supply shipments sync between Veracore and Endless?

Endless checks Veracore for completed shipments every 15 minutes, pulls inventory every 15 minutes, and reconciles received quantities on supply shipments once a day.

Each 15-minute check reads shipping orders Veracore completed in the last 12 hours and matches them to fulfillment orders by the fulfillment order number. Each package in a multi-package order becomes its own shipment in Endless with its tracking number. Endless reads each package’s contents and matches each offer ID to a SKU on the fulfillment order. A package without readable contents is still recorded with its tracking, and the fulfillment order’s activity warns that its quantities were not recorded. Voided packages are ignored. The fulfillment order becomes Fulfilled when its shipments cover every item.

“No completed Veracore shipment found for order … yet.” appears when you select “Get Shipment” and Veracore does not have a completed, non-voided package for that fulfillment order. Wait until Veracore completes the shipment, then try again. Use Get Shipment for orders completed more than 12 hours before the integration was checked.

Inventory updates buildings whose “Inventory managed by” is the Veracore connection. Endless reads each Veracore offer’s balance in the warehouse that matches the building connection’s ID. It matches offers to products only when the offer ID equals the Endless SKU exactly, and skips other offers. Default Available is set to Veracore’s available quantity plus the units Endless has allocated there. With “Lot Tracking” on, Endless reads quantities per product version instead. “Pull Inventory” on the integration runs the import right away.

“Send shipment to” Veracore creates an expected arrival at the destination building’s Veracore warehouse. It carries the shipment number as the purchase order, the expected arrival date, notes, and each SKU and quantity. Once a day, and when you run “Sync ASN Inventory”, Endless reads Veracore’s receipts for that purchase order. It records received quantities and can mark the shipment Received when every line is complete and received in full. Short receipts stay In Receiving for review. Choose Close yourself when the shipment is finished.
