How do I connect Veracore, and what happens when Endless sends it a fulfillment order?
To connect Veracore, add a Veracore integration and enter its name, “RHU Domain”, and “System ID”. The RHU Domain is your Veracore subdomain, such as rhu123 for rhu123.veracore.com. The System ID is your six-character OMS System ID, also called the Owner ID. Then open the Connection tab, select “Connect with Veracore”, and enter a Veracore web service username and password. That user needs access to your System ID, the Shipping, Inventory, Reports, and expectedArrival API permissions, and the AddOrder web service. When Veracore’s login token expires, the integration shows as not connected until you connect again.
You can start with inventory only. Set a building’s “Inventory managed by” to the Veracore connection, and do not make Veracore any building’s “Default fulfillment integration” or select it with a Set Fulfillment Integration automation. Supply shipments go to Veracore only when you send them.
“Lot Tracking” changes two things. Pull Inventory reads stock per product version and keeps each version in its own location in the building, named after the version ID. Supply shipments also send each line’s lot number as the product version.
Each fulfillment order becomes a Veracore order whose ID is the fulfillment order number. It carries the ship-to address, the gift message, the sales order note, the fulfillment order’s instructions, shipping and tax amounts, the carrier service from carrier mappings, and each item’s SKU as the offer ID with quantity and price. A fulfillment order with a Veracore ID is not sent again.
“Veracore AddOrder failed for order” means Veracore rejected the order, and Veracore’s reason follows. Check that each SKU exists as a Veracore offer, the address, and the web service user’s permissions. “Has no product SKU to ship to Veracore” means an item is not linked to a product with a SKU. Fix the item, then resend.
To cancel a sent order, cancel it in Veracore and in Endless. Canceling the fulfillment order in Endless asks you to confirm with “Pull it back”. Contact Endless support to discuss sending cancellations to Veracore.
