How do I connect a warehouse through Trackstar and set up its locations and products?

A Trackstar integration connects Endless to an InfoPlus warehouse through Trackstar, so the integration type is named InfoPlus. Its settings, actions, and activity messages, such as “Order created via InfoPlus”, use that name too.

Connecting takes two steps. “Generate Link Token” asks Trackstar for a temporary link token and saves it on the integration. Endless also does this when the integration is first set up. The warehouse account is then authorized in Trackstar’s connection flow, which returns an authorization code. “Exchange Store Token” sends that code to Trackstar, saves the access token Trackstar returns, and records the connected warehouse system’s name. Contact Endless support to complete this step.

“External Business ID” is the ID of your line of business in InfoPlus. Endless sends it with orders and new products. Enter the line of business ID shown in InfoPlus.

“Import Locations” fetches your InfoPlus warehouses through Trackstar. To connect a building, select “Add connection” under Connected Buildings on the Data mapping tab and enter the InfoPlus warehouse ID. Contact Endless support for help setting up buildings and products.

“Nonstandard location found.” relates to “Pull Inventory”, not “Import Locations”. Pull Inventory updates each building’s Default Available and Default Unavailable locations and leaves its other locations unchanged.
