What does Endless send to Packiyo and receive back, including orders, shipments, and inventory?
Endless sends fulfillment orders to Packiyo, receives shipments and tracking back, and imports inventory when you run “Pull Inventory”.
Each order includes the fulfillment order number, the order date, the ship-to and billing contacts, and each item’s SKU, quantity, and price. It also includes the requested shipping method name, the order’s shipping, tax, and discount amounts, and its tags. The gift message goes to Packiyo’s gift note. The packing note contains the fulfillment order’s instructions, or the sales order note when the fulfillment order has none, followed by each entry added with “Add Additional Data” as a “Title: value” line. To send other details, add them with “Add Additional Data.”
Once Packiyo accepts an order, Endless saves Packiyo’s order ID and does not send that fulfillment order again while the ID is set. To cancel a sent fulfillment order, cancel it in Packiyo and confirm with “Pull it back” in Endless. If you send the fulfillment order again after pulling it back, Packiyo receives a second order. When an order is canceled in Packiyo, Endless marks the fulfillment order Failed the next time it checks.
Shipments arrive within moments when the shipment webhook is registered, because Packiyo notifies Endless as each shipment is created. Endless also checks Packiyo every 15 minutes for every In Progress fulfillment order it has sent, which picks up shipments the webhook missed. Each Packiyo shipment becomes a shipment in Endless with its tracking number, tracking link, and items.
Run “Pull Inventory” on the integration to import Packiyo inventory. It updates buildings whose “Inventory managed by” is the Packiyo connection, using Packiyo’s available quantity for each matching SKU in each mapped warehouse.
