Does Endless integrate with Packiyo, and how do I connect and set it up?

Yes. Endless connects to Packiyo as a fulfillment integration. It sends fulfillment orders to Packiyo and receives shipments and tracking back.

To connect, add a Packiyo integration, give it a name, and enter your Packiyo API Token. On the Settings tab, enter the “Packiyo API base URL”, which is your Packiyo tenant’s API root, such as https://yourtenant.packiyo.com/api/v1. Also enter the “Packiyo customer ID”, which Packiyo shows under My profile, Access Tokens, CustomerID. Both settings are required.

The customer ID tells Packiyo which of its customers owns each order, and Endless registers the shipment webhook for that customer. If it is empty, sending fails with “has no customer ID configured.” Enter the ID, then select “Resend for fulfillment”.

Each Packiyo integration sends every order to its one customer ID. To send orders to different Packiyo customers, connect one Packiyo integration per customer. Then choose the integration as a building’s “Default fulfillment integration”, with “Change Fulfillment Integration”, or in a Set Fulfillment Integration automation.

To map warehouses, open the Data mapping tab and select “Add connection” under Connected Buildings. “Browse external locations” lists your Packiyo warehouses. Endless does not send a warehouse with the order, so Packiyo decides which of its warehouses ships it. The mapping decides which buildings take their inventory counts from Packiyo.

“Subscribe to Packiyo shipment webhook” is on by default. When it is on, Endless registers a webhook in Packiyo when the integration is set up or updated, and Packiyo notifies Endless as each shipment is created. When it is off, Endless does not register one, and you can create it in Packiyo yourself. To remove a webhook Endless already registered, delete it in Packiyo. Without a webhook, Endless still checks Packiyo every 15 minutes for shipments on In Progress fulfillment orders.
