How do inventory and supply shipments sync between Mintsoft and Endless?

Endless pulls inventory from Mintsoft every 15 minutes, for buildings whose inventory source is the Mintsoft connection. A connection used only for fulfillment does not bring in stock. “Pull Inventory” on the integration’s Actions menu pulls now. Endless reads Mintsoft’s on-hand quantity, which is pickable stock after Mintsoft’s own allocations. It adds the units Endless has allocated in that building and sets the result on the building’s Default Available location. Mintsoft’s allocated, quarantine, incoming, and awaiting-replenishment quantities are not included. A product missing from Mintsoft’s response keeps its previous quantity.

Endless skips SKUs that do not exist in Endless and does not create products from inventory. Problems such as a SKU matching two products stop the whole pull, and the integration’s Activity tab shows “Mintsoft inventory sync failed” with the reason.

“Needs one active default available location” means that building’s Default Available location is missing or inactive, so Endless has nowhere to put the quantity. Contact Endless support to restore it.

To send a supply shipment as an ASN, select Mintsoft as the destination building’s fulfillment integration and connect the building to a numeric Mintsoft warehouse ID. The supply shipment needs a shipment number, an expected arrival date, and a supplier from its purchase orders or an origin. Every line needs a SKU and a positive whole quantity. It also needs a container size of 20 Foot, 40 Foot, or 40 Foot HQ, or a Pallets or Cartons count. The products must already exist in Mintsoft.

Before creating an ASN, Endless looks for one with the same reference. If an earlier attempt got no clear answer from Mintsoft and Endless cannot find that ASN, it stops with “A previous Mintsoft ASN create has an unknown outcome; check Mintsoft before sending again.” Check Mintsoft for the ASN, and contact Endless support for help.

When Mintsoft books in the ASN, receive the supply shipment in Endless yourself. Contact Endless support to discuss receiving it automatically.
