How do I connect Mintsoft, and what does Endless need to send it fulfillment orders?
Connect Mintsoft by selecting “Connect with Mintsoft” on the integration and entering your Mintsoft username and password. If you change the password in Mintsoft, connect again with the new one.
Endless also needs the “Mintsoft client ID” under General settings. It is the numeric ID of the Mintsoft client that owns your orders and products. Endless sends it with every order and supply shipment and uses it to read inventory and shipments. If it is blank or not a number, sends fail with “Mintsoft client ID must be configured as a number.” If it belongs to a different client, shipment imports stop with “Mintsoft order does not belong to this integration client,” and inventory pulls fail. Then connect each building to its Mintsoft warehouse on the Data mapping tab. The warehouse ID must be numeric.
For each fulfillment order, Endless sends the ship-to address and contact details, each SKU with its quantity and unit price, the warehouse, and the courier service from your carrier mappings. When no mapping matches, it sends AUTO so Mintsoft’s courier rules choose one.
Set “Mintsoft database time zone” under Orders and Fulfillments to the time zone your warehouse confirms. Mintsoft returns dispatch dates without a time zone, and Endless uses this setting to read them. If it is blank, Endless does not import shipments and shows “Set the Mintsoft database time zone before importing dispatch dates.” A wrong time zone shifts shipped dates by the difference.
To cancel a fulfillment order Mintsoft already has, cancel it in Mintsoft and confirm with “Pull it back” in Endless. When Mintsoft cancels an order, Endless marks the fulfillment order Failed with “Order canceled in Mintsoft.” Contact Endless support to discuss sending cancellations to Mintsoft.
