How do shipments, inventory, and supply shipments sync between Jazz and Endless?

Endless pulls Jazz inventory every 3 hours, checks Jazz for shipments every 15 minutes, and checks open supply shipments once a day. When Jazz sends shipment and ASN updates to Endless, Endless also records them as they arrive.

Inventory: for each building whose “Inventory managed by” is its Jazz connection, Endless sets Default Available to Jazz’s on-hand quantity at the connected facility. Default Unavailable does not change, and SKUs that are not in Endless are skipped. “Pull Inventory” in the integration’s Actions menu runs it now.

Shipments: every 15 minutes, Endless asks Jazz about each In Progress fulfillment order it sent and records confirmed shipments with their tracking number, carrier, and shipped items. Unconfirmed Jazz shipments are skipped.

Supply shipments: “Send shipment” creates an ASN in Jazz at the facility connected to the destination building. It includes the shipment number, the ship and arrival dates, and each SKU’s quantity and purchase order number. When the shipment has a single purchase order, its number is also the ASN’s PO number. Endless saves Jazz’s ASN ID. A failure appears as “Error sending ASN to Jazz” in the supply shipment’s activity.

“No Jazz facility mapped for warehouse …” means the destination building is not connected to this Jazz integration. The message shows the building’s internal ID, not its name. Connect the building to its Jazz facility code on the Data mapping tab, then select “Send shipment” again.

Receiving: once a day, and when you run “Sync ASN Inventory” from the integration’s Actions menu, Endless checks each supply shipment sent to Jazz that is not yet Received, when its destination building’s default fulfillment integration is Jazz. When Jazz reports received units, Endless moves the shipment to In Receiving and sets each SKU’s received quantity to Jazz’s total. When Jazz closes the ASN, Endless marks the shipment Received only if every line arrived in full. Short deliveries stay In Receiving for review.
