How do I connect Jazz, and how does Endless send it fulfillment orders?
To connect Jazz OMS, enter your Jazz API key and API secret, and under General Settings your Jazz API base URL and Tenant Code. Endless signs in to Jazz with the key and secret and renews access on its own. Then, on the Data mapping tab, connect each building to its Jazz facility code, map each sales channel to its Jazz source code, and add carrier aliases with Jazz ship codes.
Endless sends a fulfillment order to Jazz when it moves from Ready to In Progress and its integration is Jazz. Nothing is sent when the sales order arrives. Jazz receives the sales order number, the ship-to address, the ship code, the source code, each item’s SKU, quantity, and price, and the sales order’s shipping, tax, discount, and total amounts. When Jazz accepts it, Endless saves Jazz’s order number as the External ID.
An order is usually missing in Jazz because its fulfillment order has not reached In Progress, or the send failed and the fulfillment order is Failed. Check the order’s activity for “Error sending order to Jazz.” A sales order split into several fulfillment orders reaches Jazz more than once under the same order number.
“No Jazz ship_code mapped for carrier service …” means the fulfillment order’s requested carrier service has no carrier alias with a Jazz ship code. Add one under Shipping Carriers and Methods, with the ship code as the Service Code.
“No Jazz source_code mapped for sales channel …” means the order’s sales channel is not mapped to a Jazz source code. The message names the channel’s type, such as wholesale, not the channel. Map the sales channel on the Data mapping tab. After either fix, select “Resend for fulfillment.”
To cancel a sent fulfillment order, cancel it in Jazz and confirm with “Pull it back” in Endless. Contact Endless support to discuss sending cancellations to Jazz.
