How do fulfillment orders, shipments, inventory, and supply shipments sync between Endless and InfoPlus?
Endless checks InfoPlus for shipments and cancellations, and pulls its inventory, every 15 minutes.
Canceling or reverting an In Progress fulfillment order asks InfoPlus to delete the order. Check InfoPlus afterwards and remove the order there if it is still present.
Every 15 minutes, Endless records InfoPlus shipments from the previous day onward, with tracking number, dimensions, weight, and freight cost. When the order’s sales channel is set to retrieve carton-level data, Endless also records each carton, its contents, and its SSCC from the InfoPlus GS1-128 label. Contact Endless support to turn that setting on.
Inventory: for buildings whose “Inventory managed by” is the InfoPlus connection, Default Available becomes InfoPlus’s orderable quantity plus the units Endless has allocated there, and Default Unavailable becomes the unavailable and damaged quantity.
Supply shipments: “Send shipment” creates an ASN in InfoPlus at the warehouse connected to the destination building, under the first vendor InfoPlus has for your External Business ID, with each SKU’s quantity, the expected date, and the shipment’s notes. Endless then moves the supply shipment to its next status, usually In Transit.
The ASN’s PO number is the supply shipment number. If InfoPlus already has an ASN with that PO number, Endless adds -1, -2, and so on, up to five tries. That is why the numbers can differ.
Receiving: select “Refresh received inventory” on the supply shipment to read received quantities from InfoPlus. Endless also checks Pending and In Receiving supply shipments once a day and when you run “Sync ASN Inventory.” Endless then moves the shipment to In Receiving, sets each SKU’s received quantity, and marks it Received when InfoPlus finishes and every line has arrived in full. Short deliveries stay In Receiving for review.
