How do I connect InfoPlus and set up its products, warehouses, and mappings?

To connect InfoPlus, enter your InfoPlus API key and, under General Settings, the External Business ID. The External Business ID is the ID of your line of business in InfoPlus. Endless reads only that line of business’s items, order sources, vendors, ASNs, and shipments, and puts the ID on every order and ASN it sends. Ask your InfoPlus administrator for it.

Then set up the Data mapping tab:

  • Connected Buildings: connect each building to its InfoPlus warehouse ID. “Browse external locations” lists the InfoPlus warehouses.
  • Sales channels: map each Endless sales channel to the ID of its InfoPlus order source.
  • Shipping carriers: InfoPlus receives a numeric carrier code from your carrier aliases or Endless’s built-in InfoPlus mappings.

“Import Products” links InfoPlus items to existing Endless products with the same SKU, marks InfoPlus kits as bundles, and loads InfoPlus quantities into connected buildings. With “Automatic product creation” on, Endless creates new Endless products in InfoPlus. When an order or ASN names a product InfoPlus does not have, Endless creates it there and sends again.

Map warehouses and order sources on the Data mapping tab instead of using “Import Warehouses” and “Import Sales Channels,” and add carrier aliases there by hand. Contact Endless support for help with these mappings.

You do not need “Clear Cache” after changing a building connection. Endless refreshes its list of InfoPlus warehouses on its own.

“Warehouse … has no mapping configured for …” means the fulfillment order’s building is not connected to this InfoPlus integration. “Sales channel … has no mapping configured for …” means the order’s sales channel has no InfoPlus order source mapped, or the order has no sales channel. Add the mapping, then select “Resend for fulfillment” on the Failed fulfillment order.
