How do shipments, inventory, and supply shipment receiving sync between GoBolt and Endless?

Endless pulls GoBolt inventory every 15 minutes and checks GoBolt for shipments every 15 minutes. Supply shipment receiving updates when you refresh it on the supply shipment.

Inventory: Endless updates each building whose “Inventory managed by” is its GoBolt connection. Default Available becomes GoBolt’s available-for-sale quantity at that facility plus the units Endless has allocated there, and Default Unavailable becomes GoBolt’s damaged quantity. SKUs that are not in Endless are skipped. “Pull Inventory” in the integration’s Actions menu runs it now.

Shipments: every 15 minutes, Endless asks GoBolt about each fulfillment order it sent whose sales order is In Progress. It records each GoBolt shipment once it has a ship date, a carrier, and a tracking number, with the first package’s tracking number, dimensions, and weight. A shipment missing any of these waits for a later check, so tracking can take up to 15 minutes to appear after GoBolt has it. Shipment cost is recorded as zero. B2B and B2C orders are handled the same way. A shipment usually keeps GoBolt’s carrier name and carrier code as text.

Supply shipments: “Send shipment” creates an ASN at the GoBolt facility connected to the destination building, with the expected arrival date and each SKU’s expected quantity. Its PO number is the shipment number. If GoBolt already has that number, Endless adds -1, -2, and so on, up to five tries. If GoBolt does not have a product, Endless creates it and sends again. Endless then saves GoBolt’s ASN ID.

Receiving: select “Refresh received inventory” on the supply shipment to read GoBolt’s receipts. Contact Endless support to discuss checking them on a schedule. Once GoBolt has received any units, Endless moves the shipment to In Receiving and sets each SKU’s received quantity to GoBolt’s total for that SKU. When GoBolt completes the ASN, Endless marks the shipment Received if every line arrived in full. Short deliveries stay In Receiving for review.
