How do I connect GoBolt, and what happens when Endless sends it a fulfillment order?

To connect GoBolt, enter your GoBolt API key and API secret, then connect each building to its GoBolt facility ID on the Data mapping tab. Endless sends fulfillment orders and supply shipments to the facility on the building’s connection. Also fill in the required “Facility” setting under General Settings.

When you save, Endless gets an access token from GoBolt with your key and secret. It gets a new one about every 55 minutes, so you do not need to reconnect when a token expires. If GoBolt rejects the key or secret, update them on the integration.

Endless sends a fulfillment order when it moves from Ready to In Progress and its integration is GoBolt. GoBolt receives the fulfillment order number, the ship-to address, the items by SKU and quantity, the order’s requested shipping method, the order’s notes, and its sales channel. Orders from a wholesale sales channel are marked B2B, and others B2C. Signature required is always on. If the order does not have a phone number, Endless sends 000-000-0000. The order needs a sales channel, and its building must be connected to GoBolt.

If GoBolt reports a product it does not have, Endless creates it in GoBolt from the Endless product and sends again. With “Automatic product creation” on, Endless also creates each new product in GoBolt when you create it in Endless, and later product changes are sent to GoBolt.

When GoBolt accepts the order, Endless saves GoBolt’s order ID as the External ID. “Error sending order to Gobolt” in the order’s activity means GoBolt rejected it, and the text after it gives the reason.

To cancel a sent fulfillment order, cancel it in GoBolt and confirm with “Pull it back” in Endless. Contact Endless support to discuss sending cancellations to GoBolt.
