Inventory Management Features

Endless allows you to track and manage all your inventory across locations and sales channels. The system provides comprehensive functionality for monitoring on-hand, incoming, and in-process inventory levels. Endless synchronizes inventory data between your warehouse management systems, 3PLs, and sales channels, while enabling detailed inventory adjustments and tracking. The system streamlines operations through features like Advanced Shipping Notices for inbound inventory tracking and complete inventory management across all your locations, including self-managed, 3PL-managed, and dropship partners.

Endless allows you to manage all locations where your products could be stored or shipped from, including self-managed warehouses, 3PL facilities, and dropship partners. For self-managed warehouses, Endless provides basic warehouse management capabilities, letting you organize inventory with unlimited site IDs for bins and pallets, categorized by zones. Endless supports sophisticated inventory tracking with quarantine and available sub-locations at each facility, and offers fully customizable location management to accommodate virtually any warehouse setup.

Inventory Management

Full read-and-write Inventory Management System

Our Inventory Item object includes physical, available, ordered, allocated, stock, unallocated, unavailable, warehouse-level, and location-level quantities—plus open ASNs and depth status—so Endless can be the inventory source of truth or mirror any external WMS/3PL. Available now

Make adjustments to self-managed inventory with detailed adjustment codes

Inline Stock Editor controls let authorized users change quantities per location, capture the delta, and submit adjustments with the appropriate reason code so every manual change is auditable. Available now

Downstream inventory sync from WMS/3PL

Background jobs page through remote inventory, map SKUs back to InventoryItems, and issue batched adjustments so Endless stays in lockstep with every managed warehouse without manual imports. Available now

Upstream inventory sync to sales channels (e.g., Shopify)

Shopify syncs compute per-location deltas from Endless’ “available” quantity (physical minus reserved) and updates channels accordingly so each channel only sees sellable inventory. Available now

Connected to orders and ASNs

Inventory detail tabs surface the most recent ASNs and last 15 orders for the SKU, with quick links into ASN, warehouse, channel, and order quickviews so supply/demand conversations happen in one place. Available now

Flag for low stock and oversold items

Depth automatically recalculates from unallocated vs. ordered quantities, driving the “Full Stock / Low Stock / Out of Stock / Oversold” badges you see across lists, filters, and quickviews. Available now

Track inventory and multiple locations, and sync to sales channels that support multiple locations

InventoryWarehouse nodes keep physical/ordered/allocated/available counts per building, and the UI lets you pivot between per-warehouse and per-location views so routing rules and channel syncs stay accurate. Available now

Track inventory at multiple sub-locations within a building (WMS)

Every building can have unlimited zones, bins, pallets, and pick faces. Item-by-location tables expose location type, zone, mixing/pickable flags, and let you open the underlying location record or adjust stock without leaving the page. Available now

Track quarantine/damaged inventory separately from sellable stock

Unavailable inventory (quarantine + damaged + holds) is tracked separately from “stock” and “available,” which prevents holds from leaking into sales channels while still keeping true physical counts. Available now

Allocating inventory allows EC to actually process orders, not just create labels

Allocation commands reserve line-level quantities against an order before it moves forward, so fulfillment and channel syncs always understand what inventory is spoken for. Available now

Multi-dimensional filters and saved views

Inventory list queries accept keyword, brand, building, location, depth, and status filters plus custom sort fields, and the UI mirrors those options with pills + quickviews so ops teams can slice the catalog in seconds. Available now

Real-time inventory insights and activity feed

Item detail pages show a live donut chart, KPI cards (physical, available, ordered, allocated), warehouse/location breakdowns, incoming ASNs, recent orders, and the global Activity feed for that SKU—turning every adjustment or reservation into an auditable timeline. Available now

Warehouse Management

All locations where products could be shipped from are in Endless

We model self-managed warehouses, 3PL facilities, and dropship partners as warehouses/buildings (with external IDs when needed) so every fulfillment path, integration, and SLA rolls up to a single inventory view. Available now

Quarantine and Available sub-locations natively at each system location.

Every building automatically inherits “available” vs. “unavailable” (quarantine/damaged/hold) buckets so you can store bad stock without exposing it to orders or sales channels. Available now

For self-managed inventory, we provide basic WMS (warehouse management system) functionality

Unlimited locations (bins, shelves, pallets, staging lanes, carts, etc.) plus zone + pickability + mixing flags mean in-house teams can model their warehouse topology directly in Endless while still benefiting from inventory allocation and ASN workflows. Available now

Fully customizable location management to accommodate nearly any warehouse setup

Location types, zones, building types (in-house, 3PL, dropship), and pick policies are all first-class fields, so warehouse admins can configure Endless to mirror even complex site maps. Available now

Make adjustments to self-managed inventory with detailed adjustment codes

Location tables expose Stock Editor controls so teams can correct counts at the bin or pallet level while logging the reason code for future audits. Available now

Warehouse external relations store the 3PL/WMS IDs needed for integrations like Infoplus, enabling Endless to push ASNs, inventory updates, and receipts into the correct external building without double entry. Available now

Support dropship, 3PL, and in-house building types

Building types let you distinguish owned sites from partner sites (3PL, dropship, other) so routing, permissions, and integration flows respect how each facility actually operates. Available now

Tracking inbound inventory

Track inbound inventory from suppliers by SKU

Every open ASN item links back to its InventoryItem, so the product detail view shows exactly which purchase orders/ASNs are replenishing a SKU and when they are expected to arrive. Available now

Full Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) functionality

ASNs carry line-item quantities, carrier + tracking data, status, ASN type (quick/standard/return), receiving checklists, and attachments so inbound teams can verify counts before inventory hits stock. Available now

Can sync with a WMS/3PL and listen for updates from downstream

Integrations like Infoplus poll or subscribe to downstream status/quantity changes and batch those updates back into Endless, keeping inbound visibility in sync without spreadsheets or FTP drops. Available now

Can create ASNs in external WMS/3PL via API

When you create or update an ASN in Endless, integrations can POST the payload (PO number, vendor, carrier, warehouse, and line items) to the external WMS so the warehouse receives the plan automatically—no second login required. Available now

Attach notes to the ASN to provide context for other team members

Free-form notes, allocation instructions, and routing context travel with every ASN record and are surfaced both in Endless and in any connected WMS payload so inbound teams know exactly how to process the receipt. Available now

Can use ASNs as a lightweight return tracker

Different ASN type codes (Standard, Quick, Return) allow the user flexibility to use the module in other ways for better reporting on unexpected inbounds and returns Available now

Inline ASN visibility from the inventory view

The inventory quickview shows the latest ASNs (type, destination, status, tracking, ETA, quantity) for the SKU and lets you click straight into the ASN or warehouse record, giving supply, CX, and sales the same inbound context without leaving the page. Available now
