How does Endless send tracking and inventory back to Skubana?

Endless sends tracking to Skubana each time a fulfillment order on an imported Skubana order ships. It pushes inventory only when you select “Push Inventory” on the integration.

About 5 seconds after a fulfillment order ships, Endless sends Skubana the tracking for every fulfillment order on that sales order that has a shipment and has not been sent yet. Each goes to the original Skubana order with the tracking number, the ship date, and the carrier from the integration’s carrier mappings. An unmapped carrier is sent as OTHER_CARRIER, and a missing tracking number as NOT INFORMED. Endless asks Skubana to update the sales channel and not to notify the customer. Fulfillment orders that have not shipped are skipped and sent when they ship, so a partly shipped order gets tracking for the shipped part.

If sending fails, the order activity shows “Tracking for order … in Skubana failed to send” with Skubana’s error. To resend, select the order on the order list and use “Send shipments”. Once a day, at midnight UTC, Endless also resends unsent tracking for Skubana orders whose status is Shipped. A partly shipped order joins that resend once it is fully shipped.

“Push Inventory” sends one building: the first whose connection to the Skubana integration has “Push inventory to integration” set to Yes. Set “Push inventory to integration” to Yes only on the building Skubana should receive. For each product that is active in Endless and in Skubana’s product list, Endless sends that building’s available stock as Skubana’s on-hand quantity for the connection’s warehouse ID. Available stock excludes allocated units and units on open orders, and is never below zero. SKUs marked out of stock are sent as zero. After you remove the connection, update the quantities Endless already sent in Skubana. Contact Endless support to discuss scheduled inventory pushes to Skubana.
