How do I connect Shipfusion, and how do orders, shipments, and inventory sync with it?

Connect Shipfusion with your Shipfusion username and password. Add a Shipfusion integration and give it a name, then open the Connection tab and select “Connect with Shipfusion”. Endless checks the credentials before it saves them. Shipfusion does not offer a sandbox, so test with orders you can hold or cancel in Shipfusion. On the Data mapping tab, connect each building to its Shipfusion warehouse ID.

Each fulfillment order is sent as one Shipfusion shipment with the sales order number, the ship-to address, and each item’s SKU and quantity. Fulfillment orders from the same sales order carry the same order number in Shipfusion. For the shipping method, Endless looks up the fulfillment order’s requested carrier service in the integration’s carrier mappings and sends the mapped carrier and service code. When there is no mapping, Endless sends neither, and Shipfusion applies its own default.

“Shipfusion placed … on hold” means Shipfusion accepted the order and put it on hold. The message gives Shipfusion’s hold type and reason. Endless still marks the fulfillment order In Progress and adds an alert to the sales order. Fix the cause and release the hold in Shipfusion. For a hold caused by unknown SKUs, turning on “Automatic product creation” makes Endless create the missing products in Shipfusion and send the order once more. Otherwise, create the products in Shipfusion before you release the hold. After a held order ships, check that its shipment appears in Endless, and select “Get Shipment” if it does not.

To cancel a sent order, cancel it in Shipfusion. Canceling or reverting the fulfillment order in Endless asks you to confirm with “Pull it back”, and Shipfusion keeps its order until you cancel it there. When a shipment is canceled in Shipfusion, Endless marks the fulfillment order Failed the next time it checks.

Endless checks Shipfusion every 15 minutes for shipments on In Progress fulfillment orders. Keep stock for Shipfusion buildings current with adjustments or imports in Endless, and contact Endless support to discuss pulling inventory from Shipfusion.
