What does the Sellbrite integration sync, and how does Endless send inventory to Sellbrite?
The Sellbrite integration sends inventory from Endless to Sellbrite. Contact Endless support to discuss syncing orders, tracking, or products with Sellbrite.
Endless sends inventory every 15 minutes while the integration is enabled, and Push Inventory in the integration’s Actions menu sends the same update right away.
For each building connected to Sellbrite with “Push inventory to integration” set to Yes, enter the Sellbrite warehouse UUID as the connection’s External Location ID. Endless sends each SKU’s available-to-sell quantity to that warehouse. Buildings that share a UUID are added together. Every push-enabled connection needs an External Location ID before Endless sends inventory to Sellbrite. SKUs marked out of stock for Sellbrite are sent as zero. Inventory Buffer and Inventory Maximum do not apply.
Endless matches by your product SKU and updates inventory records that already exist in Sellbrite for that SKU and warehouse, so add each SKU to its warehouse in Sellbrite first.
“Could not send inventory to Sellbrite” appears on the integration’s Activity tab when Sellbrite returns an error for a SKU. The entry includes Sellbrite’s response, which names the cause, such as wrong credentials or a warehouse UUID Sellbrite does not recognize. Endless continues with the remaining SKUs.
The Store Name setting is a label for your Sellbrite store, for your reference.
After you turn off a building’s push or disconnect it, Sellbrite keeps the last quantities Endless sent, so update them in Sellbrite.
