How do I set up Rithum, and what do its settings and actions do?

Create the Rithum integration with its credentials and a Sales Channel, then configure the trading partner, warehouse mappings, and the work you want it to perform. Ingest Orders and Push Inventory default to off for new integrations.

Trading Partner ID limits imports to one retailer’s Rithum accountId. With it blank, orders from all trading partners can be imported. Use separate integrations when retailers need different sales channels.

Sync Trading Partners retrieves trading partners and their IDs. Warehouse mappings connect Endless buildings to Rithum warehouse codes. Set each building connection’s External Location ID to the correct code; fetching warehouse information does not create the building connections for you.

Refresh Token renews access using the configured credentials. Endless also handles routine renewal. Contact support if the connection keeps failing.

Bootstrap Order Stream creates the order event stream or reuses the existing one. The automatic poll creates it when Ingest Orders is enabled. Poll Stream checks new events, while Poll Orders catches newly created orders the stream may have missed. Turning Ingest Orders off stops both and also blocks manual imports and reloads. Existing orders remain, and shipment reporting continues.

Sync Item IDs matches DSCO items to products every six hours while preserving saved mappings. Pull Product Data runs matching on demand and delivers a CSV report to your Inbox. UPC suggestions need review. Inventory pushes require saved DSCO Item IDs and mapped warehouses, and have their own Push Inventory switch.
