How can I get Endless data into a data warehouse or BI tool, and what can a Read-only Data integration see?

To get Endless data into a data warehouse or BI tool, your developer or an AI coding tool can pull it through the Endless API with a Read Only Data Integration and load it on whatever schedule they choose. API access must be in your plan.

Follow custom integration setup and ask Endless support for read-only access if that option is not offered. The integration page shows the Access Token, the Endpoint, the Roles granted, and a link to the API docs. The page does not show the API key and secret again after the integration is created. To rotate credentials, contact Endless support.

The integration reads data across your whole company, so it sees every brand. It can read:

  • products, with prices, costs, attributes, components, images, tags, and external identifiers;
  • sales orders, order items, notes, fulfillment orders, and shipments;
  • inventory, buildings, locations, and zones;
  • purchase orders, suppliers, inbound shipments, and ASNs;
  • sales channels, customers, carriers, and carrier services;
  • integrations and their mappings, automations, tasks, and demand planning data;
  • accounting accounts, customers, and vendors.

It cannot create, change, or delete anything in Endless. Query filters select the records returned; they do not restrict the integration’s access to one brand. Contact support if you need narrower access.
