How do I set up MasonHub, and what does Endless send it with each order?
To set up MasonHub, enter your MasonHub API Token and, under General Settings, the “Store Name.” Store Name is the account name that appears in your MasonHub web address, directly after app.masonhub.co/. Every request to MasonHub uses it, so a wrong value makes every request fail. Then connect each building to its MasonHub inventory location on the Data mapping tab. Use “Add connection” and “Browse external locations” to pick the location.
Connect buildings with “Browse external locations” instead of “Import Warehouses.” Contact Endless support for help with building connections.
For each fulfillment order, Endless sends the ship-to and billing addresses, the carrier service from your carrier mappings, and each SKU with its quantity, price, and discount. Lines with the same SKU are combined.
When MasonHub does not have a SKU, Endless creates the product in MasonHub and sends the order again. It sends the SKU, UPC, name, product type, description, price, weight, and dimensions. “Failed to create product … in Masonhub” means MasonHub rejected that product, and the message includes MasonHub’s reason. Fix the product data, or create the product in MasonHub, then resend the fulfillment order.
Endless identifies each order in MasonHub by its order number, with a suffix when the order is split across buildings. When two Shopify stores send orders to MasonHub, set a different order number prefix or suffix in each store so their numbers stay unique.
Endless sends the gift message, from the fulfillment order or else the sales order. For wholesale orders it sends the B2B start and end ship dates as ship-after and ship-before dates, along with the PO number and customer reference number. Contact Endless support to discuss sending a requested ship date on customer orders.
