What does the Fuse integration sync, including orders, shipments, and inventory?

Fuse receives fulfillment orders and supply shipments from Endless and sends back shipments and receipts.

To set it up, enter the Fuse API key and secret and the Business ID from your Fuse onboarding pack. Site is optional and is sent on orders and supply shipments when set. Connect each building to its Fuse warehouse code on the Data mapping tab, entering the code by hand. Run “Push products” so Fuse knows your SKUs before orders arrive.

Inventory: keep the building’s “Inventory managed by” on Endless Commerce, and adjust counts in Endless when they differ from Fuse. Your developer or an AI coding tool can automate those adjustments through the Endless API with an Operations Integration. API access must be in your plan.

Orders: connecting Fuse does not send anything by itself. Endless sends a fulfillment order when it moves from Ready to In Progress and its integration is Fuse, selected on the fulfillment order or as the building’s “Default fulfillment integration.” Fuse receives the fulfillment order number as its reference, and Endless saves it as the External ID. Items without a SKU are left off, and the order’s Timeline says how many. Map every building before you send from it. If the order’s Timeline shows “Fuse order not sent: no SNAP warehouse code is mapped,” map the building, use “Revert to Allocated,” and send the fulfillment order again. To cancel a sent fulfillment order, ask Fuse to cancel its copy and confirm with “Pull it back” in Endless.

Shipments: Fuse sends dispatch confirmations to Endless as they happen. Endless records a shipment on the matching fulfillment order with the shipped quantities, tracking number, and carrier. Kit component lines are not recorded. If a shipment is missing, record it with Create shipment on the fulfillment order.
