What does the Cin7 integration sync with Endless, including orders and tracking, and can it send EDI orders into Cin7?

The Cin7 integration imports sales orders from Cin7 and sends shipment details back to them.

Branch ID is the ID of the Cin7 branch to import from. Endless imports only that branch’s orders, so enter it before you rely on the import.

Every hour, Endless imports the branch’s Cin7 sales orders that are at the New stage and not voided. “Import Orders” in the Actions menu runs it now. After it creates an order, Endless moves the Cin7 order to the Processed stage so it is not imported again, and the order’s activity says whether Cin7 acknowledged it. Imported orders do not have a sales channel.

An order is placed On Hold when a line’s SKU does not match an Endless product, or matches a product that is not set to ship. Endless leaves those lines off the order and records “Order received from Cin7 has … non-existing products” with the SKUs. Fix the products, add the missing items to the order, and release it.

When an order is changed or voided in Cin7 after import, change or cancel it in Endless as well.

When an imported order ships, Endless sets the Cin7 order to Dispatched with the tracking number and carrier, and writes the shipment cost into its internal comments. Each fulfillment order is sent once, so record the tracking number before the shipment is marked shipped. When an order ships in several fulfillment orders, check its tracking in Cin7.

“Tracking for order … in Cin7 failed to send” means Cin7 rejected the update. The text after it gives Cin7’s reason. Endless tries again automatically, and “Send shipments” on the order sends it again.
