What can Celigo do with Endless, and how do its order import and inventory feed work?
A Celigo integration gives your Celigo flows API credentials for Endless and lets you start Celigo flows from the integration’s Actions menu. Endless provisions an access token, API key, and API secret with the Sales Integration role by default, so flows can create orders, sync products, and read inventory through the API.
Import Order asks for an order ID and posts it to the Import Order Webhook URL. The Celigo flow at that URL fetches the order and creates it in Endless; Endless does not create the order itself. Without the URL, the action fails with “Import order webhook URL is not configured for this integration.”
Send Inventory Feed posts the available-to-sell quantity of every SKU in Endless, summed across the buildings chosen in the Inventory Feed section’s Buildings setting, to the Inventory Feed Webhook URL. It runs when someone selects the action, and it needs at least one building selected. For scheduled updates, have a Celigo flow read inventory through the API on its own schedule.
“Inventory feed webhook call failed with status” means the Celigo URL answered with an error. Check the URL and that the flow is enabled, then run the action again. Contact Endless support for help.
Trigger Inventory Flow updates Amazon FBM quantities:
- Endless posts to the Request Report Webhook URL, and the Celigo flow requests an Amazon inventory report.
- When Celigo returns the report ID, Endless waits 15 minutes, then posts it to the Fetch Report Webhook URL. While the report is still processing, Endless retries every 5 minutes, up to 12 attempts.
- Endless reads the SKU and quantity of each merchant-fulfilled row and compares it with available-to-sell summed across the Amazon Inventory Sync section’s Buildings.
- Endless posts only the SKUs whose quantities differ to the Inventory Diff Webhook URL, and that flow updates Amazon. SKUs that are not in Endless are skipped.
Celigo must send the Webhook Secret set on the integration when it calls Endless, or Endless ignores the call.
