supplyShipmentCancelWmsOrder

Cancels the receiving order the destination warehouse system holds for a shipment, and unlinks it from the shipment.

Business Rules​

  • The shipment must have been sent, so it carries the order's id
  • externalId must still be the shipment's order; a shipment sent again since then is left alone
  • The destination warehouse's integration must support cancelling an order
  • The shipment itself is not changed, and it can be sent again
  • The warehouse system can refuse, for example once receiving has started
  • Runs in the background; follow the returned process for the outcome. A shipment with no order finishes without contacting the warehouse system

Error Scenarios​

The process fails with the reason, for example the warehouse system's refusal or "Shipment not found."
