unlinkAccountingCustomer

Breaks the association between a Customer's accounting record and the imported customer it is linked to.

Neither record is changed. The endless-owned record keeps every value on it, the provider's copy is left alone, and both become available to link again. Use this when a match was made against the wrong imported customer.

Business Rules​

  • The Customer must currently be linked in the given integration.
  • The link is archived rather than deleted, so the history of it survives.
  • Nothing is pushed to or read from the provider.

Error Scenarios​

  • The Customer or the integration is missing, or belongs to another company.
  • The Customer has no linked accounting record in that integration.
  • The accounting record is used by financial documents, so its link cannot change.
  • The Customer inherits its accounting from its sales channel.
