Orders Export

Orders export gives you order data in CSV format. It is useful for reporting, reconciliation, operational review, and sharing order details outside Endless.

How It Works

The export includes both order-level data and order-item data, so a single order can appear on multiple rows when it has multiple active order items. Each row represents one active order item. If an order has no active order items, it still appears in the export, with the item columns left blank.

Included Data

The export can include order details such as Order Number, internal order number, status, order type, financial status, origin source information, sales channel details, customer and ship-to information, financial totals, shipping details, delivery dates, tags, and item-level fields such as Item SKU, quantity, item price, discount, status, and dimensions.

Tips For Reviewing The CSV

• group rows by Order Number to review a full order
• use item columns to analyze units, quantities, and line-level pricing
• use sales channel and origin fields to trace where orders came from
• use status and date columns to track fulfillment and delivery progress

Import Support

Orders do not currently have a spreadsheet import workflow in this import/export system.
