Controls whether a composed product is decomposed into its components on a fulfillment order, overriding the fulfillment plan's own setting.

Values​

ProductDecompositionStrategyEnum.IF_COMPONENTS_AVAILABLE​

Use pre-made stock of the product first, then decompose only when the components can cover the whole line. Leaves the product on the fulfillment order otherwise.

ProductDecompositionStrategyEnum.INHERIT​

Defer to the fulfillment plan's decomposition strategy.

ProductDecompositionStrategyEnum.NEVER​

Never decompose; the product must be in stock as a finished unit to be fulfilled. Traditional kit behavior.

ProductDecompositionStrategyEnum.WHEN_PREMADE_SHORT​

Use pre-made stock of the product first, then decompose into components whenever that stock cannot cover the line, whether or not the components can cover it either.
