echoCoverageSummary

Compares ordered against shipped for the current company to surface fill rate and the unfulfilled gap, broken down by SKU and sales channel, plus a grand total and the equivalent totals for the immediately preceding period.

These are daily aggregates, not order lines. There is no link between an order and its shipment: demand is dated by order date and shipments by ship date. This is aggregate coverage over the window, not a per-order fill rate or real lead time. Because the two sides cover different orders, fill rate can exceed 1 and the unfulfilled quantity can be negative.
