The caller's own unfinished company signup, or null when they have none. Lets
/create-company restore what the caller already entered when they come back
from Checkout without finishing. No company scope is required — the caller has
no company yet.

Type
CompanySignup object billing
A company signup the caller started. While PENDING it holds the details they
typed and the products they picked, so the form can be restored instead of
retyped when they come back from Checkout. Once COMPLETED it carries the
company it produced.
