createBillingPortalSession

Mint a short-lived Stripe Billing Customer Portal URL for a company's customer, where they can add a payment method, pay an open invoice, and view billing history. Company-scoped: callable by the company's own members (and system admins). Fails if the company has no subscription with a Stripe customer. The URL is single-use — mint it on each click.
